Spoken to Vincent over phone on our sink issue, but didn't manage to engage his service as the issue is not within his service range. He is a rare gem in that even though he didn't take up my case, he still patiently analyse the possible causes and what are the solutions I can consider. Thanks Vincent for your advice and thank you very much for saving my cost from engaging a plumber for site inspection (probably only to be told that there is nothing they can do but nontheless have to incur their transportation cost for inspection). Once again, thank you for your kindness, helpfulness and upright character.

Vincent arrived within 1 hour of engaging him and is very friendly and professional. He explained everything well and really did his best to solve our clogging problems. After that he also gave us tips on how to do proper maintaining of the plumbing system. We were very impressed with his professionalism.
