Plumber was quick to respond to a toilet emergency situation. He professionally fixed the broken pipe, replacing the necessary parts with what seemed like good quality ones. Was friendly, wasn't pushy or trying to upsell. I'm not sure what the usual rates are like, but what he charged seemed reasonable to me. I would recommend giving him a call, if you're in the Sengkang area and need plumbing services.
