My kitchen main pipe got choked, it was a nightmare! Dirty water back flow to my kitchen floor Luckily Roy Sim from DJS Engrg responded quickly , within 2 hours, with his cleaning tools and his inspection, he clean and clear the pipe also very quickly, less than 30mins . There was no mess. He charged fairly. Highly recommended

Omg I’m so so so thankful!!! I have had the irritating problem of not being to close my toilet door for the past 20 years as my flat is an old HDB that does not have the washing outlet drainage. I have sought multiple help from contractors/plumbers, whatever. None of them could save this problem. But Roy offered an easy solution and it actually worked!!!! So so glad and this is gonna make my life so much better. I’m so so thankful!!

Our Ariston water heater tank is leaking and we hired Roy for a replacement of our tank. Roy is excellent! Very dedicated and professional in his work. He checked through the entire piping line and ensure safety and convenience for us, he went an extra mile to install a valve for us as our previous ID did not do so. So we can turn the valve to cut the water supply should there be a similar leaking situation. He also guide us in purging the tank once every 6 months for longer life usage for our new tank. Appreciate it Roy!

Roy is a very professional plumber. I called him on 17 Feb 25 about my toilet bowl choked . He was so punctual at the appointment time and he repaired the choke in just 30 mins.I am very impressed. My soap holder was very loose and the soap keep dropping out . He also helped me tighten the soap holder and did not charge me for the extra services. He is really professional. There was no mess at all.His charges are very reasonable. Really nice guy, very helpful and very skilful. Highly recommended. - Peter
