I would like to thank the administrative staff and my therapy assistants, Lilian and Jeslyn, for their support and guidance in my post-partum recovery. Having looked at other centres, I chose RFP. They emphasise not just depending on the machines to heal my diastasis recti, but also on leading an active life. They are polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I always look forward to my sessions with them! There are no hiccups in setting my appointments. Lilian and Jeslyn always challenge my limits and stress on having the right form and technique to make sure I am good during the workout sessions. It really helps me now, as I am able to exercise without getting injured easily. Thank you! Highly recommend RFP.

Came to Ready Fit after my hip treatment in April 2024. Find the sessions useful for my daily movements. With guidance from Jeslyn and Lilian, now I am more aware of how I walk or what I should take note when carrying heavy stuff. No regret for attending my sessions here. Thank you.
