The team at Marina Square is awesome. Jeslyn who has attended to me throughout my sessions at Readyfit has done a marvellous job helping me with functional training. The knowledge she shared on muscle that supports the knee and areas to work on also help create awareness in my daily movements which has alleviated much of the knee pain I had. I highly recommend this service offered as it will help you better understand your current strength and weakness. They will share their knowledge on how to do it right to help prevent future injuries.
