Experience was really positive. I went for a visit for a strong and persistent lower back pain. The booking system was very easy to use and I really like the fact that is possible to book appointments after 7pm The Senior Physiotherapist who attended me, Charlotte, assessed my pain in a very deep and professional way. She loosen up my muscles and I felt much better immediately. She shows me exercises to do to strength my muscles and she follow up with me the improvements. I highly recommend Physio101. Therapy was really professional and attentive.
After a patella tear, physio 101 had me back on the tennis courts in no time. In the early days of the injury I had home therapy. As I got stronger my therapy moved to the physio101 office. Additionally, when my 8 year old injured her knee, with the care of physio101 her recovery was remarkably fast. I would recommend Physio101.
I visited the team at Physio 101 whilst recovering from a calf injury. Jack Allen was a true professional, diagnosed the issue efficiently and provided a comprehensive plan of rehabilitation with a video to take away. Would highly recommend.
