Recommend you call to get an appointment rather than using healthhub, they were able to give me an appointment over the phone. Very helpful staff, especially the lady on the second floor who takes patients' measurements. Also directed me to the L1 clinics so I was able to get a faster line to see the doctor, thank you! Also thanks Dr Gilbert Ng for helping to identify my knee injury. Definitely someone who's very experienced and able to give me a run down on what to do, as well as allay my fears. Swift and fast service, in and out within the hour. Thanks again!.

Had my vaccination here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My husband did not make appointment. He walk in and get the vaccination together with me, same timing. Unfortunately if you are driving do not trust the Google map. It takes you somewhere else, away from the polyclinic.

The polyclinic is well designed to provide and support many services ranging from routine to special health checks as well as common ailments faced by all age groups. It is handicapped and wheelchair friendly. Staff are helpful and polite. There is also a built in pharmacy with commercial products.
