movements mechanics physio has been my go to physio since i rejoined track and field this year. always a fun and enjoyable time during physio sessions and you can tell they are really passionate about their work. with all that aside, the sessions are most importantly really effective. i had persisting shin splints for over 2 years and it was fixed within 2 sessions. thanks mm!.
