Being a sports fanatic. Injuries are part and parcel of the journey. Having went through so many different treatment and clinic. Movement Mechanics is one of the best I have ever experience. Philene was professional and fast to pick up my issue! Great hospitality the moment I stepped into the clinic. Amazing place, amazing ppl. Highly recommended.
My third visit today, I have a meniscus tear and osteoarthritis on my Right knee. Philene has been great , and she uses dry needling method to relieve my tight muscles and pain. Very effective I would say other than the sport massages she did n exercises she recommends.
Skillful physiotherapist and 2nd time I'm back here. Dry needling to release the tightness in my muscle and also exercises given to strengthen them.
