I had an amazing time with Ruth from Tampines. I came with a lower back injury after exerting myself while exercising. I wasn't able to bend my body forwards / backwards and within 4 months I am now able to return to the gym. She taught me so much about my body, how to stretch to treat my issues and helped me with my recovery. Truly am so happy I was referred here by my doctor, thank you to the BMJ team & Ruth.

Therapist Bruno is a competent and thorough professional. He goes the extra mile to ensure that his patient recovers well by ensuring that there are no blind spots. Where his patient is doing well, he value adds by suggesting exercises that further strengthen the injury area.
