The staffs are really patient and friendly. I went there at late hours before closing, took some time to find and decide what I wanted. The staffs answered all my questions and help me to find what I needed. I was having trouble login to the mobile app for almost 3 years, went to different stores before, but only Azim, who managed to identify and solve the issue right on the spot within 5 minutes. I was totally in awe. Great experience at the star vista outlet.
I was at this Watson's at Star Vista, and a staff member named Amy was extremely helpful in assisting me to set up my Watson's member app for discounts. In this instance, I bought special skin cleaners online to be delivered , but only after I found very useful products in the shop, and getting Amy's patient help. Thanks.
