Watsons Orchard Road

Few days ago I'd a pleasant shopping experienced at Watson Takashimaya. One of the cashier Eugene have been very helful assiting me to use the cash voucher. Thumbs up for his service.

It was nice experience to shop here because always have sufficient stocks and more variety choices. Staffs are friendly too.

On Sunday 16/11/25 at around 1.25pm, I was doing my shopping at Watson's Ion when a huge argument started between 2 promoters with the male promoter repeatedly telling the female promoter to "GO TO HELL" repeatedly with a huge nasty smile. This obviously aggravated the situation and angered the female promoter. I was horrified and asked a staff member if I should call the police. I was told that it wasn't necessary as the pinoy male promotor (Raymond) has repeatedly been stealing the sales from the other promoters and has antagonised essentially everyone. However, he has repeatedly gotten away with it! I am shocked that Watson's management has allowed this type of behaviour to continue unchecked. The argument which was laced with vulgar language caught the attention of every single shopper in Watsons that day and it is a stain on the reputation of Watsons as a multinational company and Singapore's reputation as a shopping paradise. I sincerely hope that senior corporate management will do something about this type of behaviour. Surprisingly, no store manager or supervisor appeared to resolve the situation at all.
