Thank you very much to the 2 staff at lot 1 who helped me just now!! One was a counter lady and the other I am not sure. I was paying at the counter and put my container of food with soup on the small platform (where people place their bag to get their wallet out) and it slided off while paying. So the lid opened and part of the content spilled!!! Thankfully 1 of them gave me a plastic bag and some wet tissue and the other went to the toilet to get a big bunch of tissue. Thank u so much for your understanding and assistance. It's certainly heartwarming.

I was so impressed by Annie who was so helpful and patient with me. She went above and beyond by checking with various outlets for the items I wanted and arranged for collection at the lot 1 outlet. I really appreciated her outstanding customer service.

The staff Ammar is helpful and friendly. Keep it up.
