Exceptional staff - Say Wai - who helped me with my click and collect issue. If not for him, I would probably no longer be purchasing from Watson's again. Click and collect goods received were damaged and only way out was to cancel the order and re-order them. Still had to make a second trip down to collect new goods. But thanks to Say Wai, he found a less inconvenient alternative. Will be avoiding Click and Collect for a while. @Watsons team, might want to consider solutions to such incidents to encourage Click and Collect use.

I must give you a good review. The Chinese store clerk here, the big brother from the Northeast, and a sister are very friendly. They helped me use the coupons and gave me a small box for mailing. I must come and give a good review. I hope everyone will patronize this Watsons store more often. Thank you again to the store staff! !
