Impressed by the two lady staff today! The elder staff was very friendly! The younger staff was unsure if they carry the product and offer to help find the product! Finally found the product i needed and elder staff reminded me to use my TRUST points. It's been a while that i experienced such good service in Singapore! Great job! Keep it up.
I and my family have been using the Unity Pharmacy at the ARC for some years. It is always well stocked and the staff is extremely friendly amd helpful. Even though we do not live close to the ARC, we only go there because of the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff. I needed some medicines which we approached the Pharmacist to obtain for us. The Pharmacist took care to get these promptly amd went out her way to give them to us, to ensure that I do not miss my prescribed evening dose. Such commitment and kindness is exemplary.
