Went today to pick up a few things. Was very impressed by particularly this sales rep name Melissa. I believe she was a sales rep for HST but she assisted my elderly mother with recommending and helping her with other things she needed. I must say, sales reps like these are rare and I'm thankful.

Went to guardian pharmacy few days ago when their doors are closed. But staff welcomed me in as i was urdently looking for a medicine. She was sharp and attentive to my queries eventhough shop was closing. I was done in less than 5 minutes. Thank you to seri who helped me. - S
