While talking to the pharmacist about a non-prescription drug, his colleague helped to tack the drug for us. When we were at the cashier, she informed us that there are offers for the wet tissue. This is normal practice for them. The best part is she went to get the correct balm oil which I took wrongly. That is going out of the box.

The young Chinese pharmacist is friendly and super helpful. She went all the way to explain about the over the counter medicines which I had asked. She also has very good knowledge of the formulas and explained them in great detailed. I felt like I am speaking to a family member. Amazing and excellent customer service.
