I was served by Sarah today. Needed to buy a thermometer and shower gel. Sarah brought me to the correct display shelves to select. Thereafter when I was doing payment. Ms Connie Wee (pharmacist at Guardian Clifford centre) was very patient, polite and helpful in checking the outlets that carry the medication I needed. She called my preferred outlet to reserve the dosage I needed, confirmed the break times of the pharmacist on duty and gave me the contact number as well. Her service attitude is commendable for what may be a routine customer request but means much to me. Thank you!
