My parents got their new Westie pup from here about 3 weeks ago. We would like to commend their staff especially Doris who patiently went through everything with my parents- slow n many times undecided. she has never complain even after eating into her time after working hours. The boss also took the time to brief us and even provided after care service by updating my parents what are the dos and don’ts for a pup. Every area was well covered on the basic essentials n well explained. Most of all my parents are very happy with their new pup! It met their expectations. We have to say that the boss has a heart and is not just figure headed. Highly recommend this pet shop to all!

I tagged along with my Bro to this place! The puppies are well mannered and cared for, and we found our new family member here! She is super well behaved and looks to have been trained in some of the basics too! The space is well maintained and super clean, without the strong pee smell that other shops usually have. Staff is knowledgeable and also very approachable and friendly. Definitely recommended!

Bought my Cavachon here. Puppy is well behaved, clean and well taken care of before we brought him home. Staff and boss are extremely helpful. The place is clean and tidy. They are very keen to answer any questions and they are absolutely not pushy at all. They let us look and play with their available puppies until we identify the puppy that we like. What I really appreciate is that even after the sale, the boss followed up with tips and guides. He is also reachable almost immediately when we had some follow up questions. We can see that he cares deeply for the puppies and earnestly want them to find a good home. They also have quite a variety of puppies to choose from. If u are looking for a pet doggy, should definitely pay them a visit.
