Heard good reviews from my brother who brought his dog here for grooming and daycare. So decided to try our luck by walking in on a Sunday to see if there is available slot for my puppy's basic grooming since we were around the area. Luckily we mentioned to get a slot. The place is kept clean and tidy which is important. The lady at the reception and the groomer are very helpful and friendly. They will send some WhatsApp updates on our puppy during her grooming session which I wasn't expecting. Great customer service.
Been sending our toy poodle to The Collar Club Punggol for the past 1 year. The staffs are very professional and attentive, sending us updates during the grooming process. Highly recommended if you are looking for a safe place to send your furkids for grooming.
Lego's first grooming went as well as it could. The staffs were friendly and professional in ensuring my puppy was comtfortable. Outcome of the grooming was great as well. Highly recommend.
