Jack and his dad were very professional and groomed my cat very well. He explained the services and advised on what grooming was to be done for my cat. Did not oversell. Can see that they are knowledgeable, experienced and professional in what they do. Clean premises. Glad to have a pet grooming service in the vicinity.
