Love this outlet. Staff are extermely nice and helpful. Then staff even suggest some foods that are suitable for my dog after listening to my concerns and also give me some tips. Very good.

The shop is organized and neat. You can easily find the things that you are looking for. The small animal section is so clean and properly labelled as well.

The staffs from the outlets i visited are all knowledgeable in the products and also very helpful.
