Very nice and pleasant experience over the last 2/3 years for dog grooming. The pictures and videos documenting the process is much appreciated and they were very professional with my very naughty poodle! The finishing touches like bows and scarves are very cute and the grooming is very well done.

It’s a pleasant experience for Giorgio who is quite stressed when it comes to grooming. Maggie was patient and I got videos and photos to inform me what was done.

Our toy poodle is always well taken care of and tended to lovingly. She has major separation anxiety and it’s lovely to see how tender everyone at dog Haven are with her.
