Friendly and knowledgeable technician, Ah Wei inspected my home and shared preventive tips on roaches - mine occurred from potential shoppee deliveries. He sprayed some solution all over the house and the session lasted about a hour including inspection. Much assured that mine is not a serious case. Price paid was reasonable for the assurance and getting to the root of the problem.
Ah Wei is a superb technician. Patient and thorough. Explained what he was going to do, assured me that all chemicals were food safe, make sure my furniture and items remain in good condition. He constantly reminded me what to do and what not to do. Will engage WTG again.
Mr Toh was really friendly and helpful in assessing the situation of my home for booklice, managed to finish misting my home in under an hour.
