Rosli was responsive and able to advice us accordingly on the treatment that were needed for our infestation on the phone. Fadhil and Zul were very detailed in their work and were transparent with every step and action they took while doing the treatment. They even started their "inspection" before the schedule timing. Truly impressive. Overall good experience. Highly recomended.
The service technicians are very professional and provided a lot of information and advice. Very good and friendly customer service. Would highly recommend them if you have any pest issues.
Had a pest problem. Thought was a termite infestion. Just took a picture to show them, they determined it was a book lice issue. Came down 3hr later. Now no more problem
