I have been pleased with Sales Manager Yap provides customer service, and genuine approach. I was looking for a solution for mosquitoes and he was very patient in explaining to me the different options, technology each uses etc. He allowed me a trial and no hard sell. Just honest business dealings looking for what’s best for the customer.

Mr Yap arrived on time and was highly professional and knowledgeable. He communicated clearly to help us understand the situation and gave us a lot of useful information and advice. We found him to be very calm and reassuring, which helped us a lot at a potentially stressful time. After checking our home and feeling confident the drywood termites were confined to just one piece of furniture, he advised us to throw the piece away rather than treat it as this would probably be more cost efficient in the long run. He would not accept any money for the service, but we will be sure to use him again if we are in need. You should too.
