I was concerned about potential bugs from frequent travel, and Mr Yap came down for a free (!) consult. He was very adaptable to the visiting time requested and also helpful in his advice. Luckily there was nothing to worry about but if I do require future support, I won't hesitate to reach out to engage his company's services!

I'm impressed of the service that Mr yap provides. I had sent my enquiry for an inspection for my house and he manage to schedule on the same day I contacted the company. He came down and he is knowledgeable and advice of the things I need to take note of. Definitely will recommend this company.
