They assured us that they will help to solve the bed bugs issue and explained details on warranty. The specialist that served us to exterminate the bed bugs infestation was very professional with the treatment. The treatment was thorough and we did not see any bed bugs after the first treatment (ours was a light infestation). Called them down for a 2nd service to ensure full extermination.
