If I could give 6 stars I would. Stephen was incredibly professional and very understanding with the pricing. Our room was infested with bird mites coming from bird nests near our air-con condenser. We were shocked when we saw the extent of the bird nest problem. However Stephen did a fantastic job clearing it up quickly.
