I contacted Timothy in the morning regarding a termite problem. He was very responsive and came by in the afternoon for a site assessment. After checking the affected area, he explained that the termites could be inside the wooden the wooden door and provide few options which best is to get the whole door replaced. Since it required a full replacement, I couldn’t proceed with his service. Still, Timothy was very helpful—he gave me useful tips on how to prevent future termite issues and didn’t charge anything for the visit. Really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Highly recommended!
