Absolutely wonderful experience. Response was quick and cordial since my first contact. A few days after service was performed, I contacted them again because I had new roaches in my kitchen. One more time, person that messaged me was cordial and knowledgeable and genuinely cared about my problem. They went back to my home for a follow up. I would 100% recommend them.

They are prompt and professional. The technician thoroughly inspected every corner of our home to apply the treatment and clean the area. They are very responsive as well when I first contacted them via whatsapp. Highly recommended!

The solution didnt work as plan, the ants came back in force 2 days after the first application of solution. The serviceman came back shortly and did the 2nd service, which keep the ants out of sight for 1 to 2 weeks only. I doubt the solution works as the ants are still around. - MC

Client agreed with 2 services interval of 14 days for ant control - all details are transparent and clear. 1st service on 26 July 2025, service report stated and Technician clearly told him not to clear the baits and monitor situation. We have all the photos of service done. He insists to carry out next service earlier. So we did 2nd service on 31 July 2025. Service report given and advised him to seal up all tiny gaps and holes to prevent future reinfestation. However today after 3 months later, he is requesting for free service. We had explain to him politely however he refused to accept. He even went to say that we must seal up the holes and gaps. In fact he is just abusing and unrealistic, why only now after 3 months he is requesting for free service. Ants only return now after 3 months, that means our service was good? Theres no warranty for such ant treatment as pest proofing are important.
