I will never forget my experience with one of the staff - Sharon Cheng. She was very knowledgeable and helpful from when I first entered the shop. She provided wonderful advices and seek to understand what type of gold jewellery I am looking for and recommended suitable ones for me. I also like that she doesn’t not forcefully hard sell the products and still allow me time to consider and say that I can drop by again anytime to look for her if I have any queries. 100% recommend Sharon.
Regular customer here and their service is top notch compare to other outlets I have been. The ladies and gentlemen are very friendly and welcoming. Give it a go if you’ve not step into this outlet before. No regrets on customer service!
