Maxi-Cash Serangoon

We entered the maxi-cash branch at Nex Serangoon and were greeted by a delightful Lina Tan who patiently answered all our queries in a professional and knowledgeable manner. Having been to a number of different similar establishments, we felt that Lina provided us with an excellent customer experience. She is truly an asset to the company.

Was attended by Lina at Maxi NEX. Great showcase of her professionalism by authenticating one of my item. Willing to share her experience & great patience was felt while she was working on my item. Definitely recommended buying from her. You will be able to enjoy the best service possible from her. Thanks Lina.

Great Service Jordan provides excellent service and genuinely takes the time to understand his customers’ needs and preferences. He is attentive to my personal style and is able to recommend and source gold jewellery designs that suit me. For example, he understands that I prefer timeless and evergreen designs rather than overly trendy pieces. I really appreciate that he does not simply recommend what is available, but will proactively source designs that match my style and requirements. Overall, Jordan is knowledgeable, attentive and customer-focused. His personalised service makes the shopping experience very pleasant, and I would definitely recommend his service to others. - Lily O Reply
