Excellent service, out of so many gold shops . I feel that punggol plaza is one of the best gold shop I entered, the staff here is just way too amazing Especially a staff name joel . I did tell her normally I buy gold I will go China town and buy it. Which is cheaper there. So we just had a conversation. And she explained to me I should do gold exchange with her . And at first I tot she's just doing some sales talk and I don't really listen to her . So after that i tell my friend about the gold exchange , and my friend tell me is actually more worth it . So I came back to her . ask her about the gold exchange things . She explain to me once again . And I did my gold exchange with her . Best service! Will recommend to my friend to do gold exchange.
