I was planning for a proposal and had ordered 25 ceiling balloons. Joe was extremely responsive, helpful and kind throughout the process. He provided useful suggestions on the range of colours they had available and was meticulous in ensuring that the balloons arrived safely at the right time. The balloons themselves were of superb quality, using Hi-float which ensured that they stayed up in the air for a really long time. Thanks Joe for making my proposal a success. Absolutely recommended!

Looking for CNY decoration for my Chinese new year party and found this shop. Service is good, response to query is fast and hassle free purchase with them. They have a lot of cute balloon to choose from, how to resist to have a cute Cai Shen Ye balloon for CNY at home. Strongly recommend to visit this store for party stuff or balloon.

Highly recommend this shop. I have spoken to Meixin and she has been very patient, quickly responding to all my questions.
