I am Very happy with their service recently when I ordered helium balloons. For some reason I had problem n one big birthday number balloon got spoiled 2 hour ahead of party. When I approach them with panic ,they responded promptly and took responsibility even though problem would have happened on my end while receiving. They also attended to my problem immediately by sending replacement without charging me for either delivery or balloon. I was surprised with their prompt action as I wasn't expecting this. Will definitely recommend it for any party supplies. Hard to find such valued service.
