24 Hours Blooms and Balloons

it was my first time engaging Blooms & Balloons and it would definitely would not be my last ! I was very satisfied with their customer service into catering to my likings for my mum's birthday gift with all my demands and requirements that I had explained to the people there :) The staff there were very friendly and approachable from the very moment I stepped into the shop and I felt very welcomed. It was overall a pleasant experience ! Would definitely recommend their products and services to my friends.

Decided to give Blooms and Balloons a try, given the surprise box was kinda new and refreshing for girlfriend's birthday. Was skeptical for me at first when comes to any customisable service, always have concern with Service attitude and Product standards. I must say this experience had definitely been way way much above of what I had in mind. Went down to the store for some gifts I wanted to placed in the surprised box, dude at the counter was friendly, On the day when item arrived, The lady (whom I didn't get your name) were friendly in explaining to me how long the helium last and guide me through thoroughly. Definitely a very good experience for my girlfriend and myself.

Loved the flowers I’ve received as a surprise for my graduation. The brief fits perfectly - accordingly to how I imagined the dried flowers will be incorporated. My family shared that the florist was excellent in providing recommendations for the colour, to include brighter hues due to the occasion. And I thought that going the extra mile on their end was amazing! Plus the order was placed quite late into the week, and despite this, the team was still prompt in their replies. Being opened 24 hours is definitely a bonus! Will be back for any future occasions.
