Highly recommend. A couple of years ago I had such a horrible experience at OWNDays@Waterway Point ,so much so I had stayed away from OWNDays altogether. However, I took the courage to try their service again and this time I had brought my mother along. I was truly amazed by the service provided. All of them showed patience , listened and gave suggestions. Professionalism at its highest level. Bravo! Even my mother noticed how awesome the service was, especially when they took time to explain to my mom about progressive lenses and also were very gentle when the optician asked several questions and patiently waited for her answer especially when she seemed a bit confused, he slowed down and repeated the question slowly. Thank you. This is the kind of service that is needed especially when dealing with elderly people. They need to feel safe and trust the service before committing. My mother felt very comfortable with the sales people and also the optician. Thank you. The Compass One outlet has renewed my faith in OWNdays again. Well done!.

Came to change lens, both optom and staffs were very patient and friendly, the shop was full of customers yet they managed the queque very professionally and very prompttly. No hard sales. Collected the glasses within 1 hour including eye test.

Compass One outlet staff is friendly and offers good assistance. Have been using owndays spectacles and recently tried their contact lens. It’s really good and affordable.
