Ms. Elaine was wonderfully helpful. I was anxious as I broke mine and as it turns out, the 'snap' model I was using was discontinued. She was very polite and put me at ease, and took the time and effort to help me select new frames. Thank you for having such great staff.

I would like to extend my appreciation to Mr Philip Khor who attended to me during my visit to Owndays. Mr Khor not only conducted a detailed eye test, he also advised me on how I can better take care of my eyes. He is patient and pleasant. Thank you for providing me with required information and a better understanding of my eyes. Thumbs-up.
