This is my first time working with uncle (at a recommendation), to make a new pair of specs. Uncle was very patient and friendly throughout the encounter, and was knowledgeable in his explanations and recommendations. He even provided free small adjustments of my old specs to allow my comfort until the arrival of the new specs. From the initial eye testing to collection of my new specs was only about a week, and I received the message promptly when it was ready to pick it up anytime. During the collection day, uncle took the time to let me try on the new specs, and adjust the specs as detailed and personal to my face/nose/ears etc to my comfort. The price is affordable and the quality of the specs is good - I have not had any issues after trying on for about a month now (very unlike my previous specs) and I love how comfortable and clear everything is. Although the location may not be easy to get to, the service and price is very much worth it.

It's my first visit to the optical shop after seeing good reviews. It will definitely not be my last! The owner Michael is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He is very meticulous when checking my eyesight and explained with clarity and patience. No hardselling and price is reasonable.

At last I found a good eyesight tester that made my best pair or glasses. Good service and friendly shop. Also price is reasonable.
