Lenskart IMM

Noon time today (Nov 14 2023) I visited the Lenskart IMM outlet hunting for a similar spectacle frame which I am currently wearing. To my most pleasant surprise, I found 3 pair of lovely frames which I thought would be difficult to find. Dina, one of their sales consultant who attended to me was very courteous and patient with me. As a result of her wonderful service? I ended up buying four pairs of glasses from Lenskart. Visited the store today, really great and patient service by Dina. She does not push customers to buy more expensive products, and is also really willing to provide great advice on which lens and frame to buy. Another staff, Sky, even helped to install new temples to my son's old glasses, which broke. Good job to the team.
