Lenskart IMM

Just visited the branch at IMM, looking for a frame to replace my existing frame with one side of the sleeves broken. It was the 3rd shop I’ve been searching but still couldn’t get the right size of frame. When about to give up finding, the lady staff still trying very hard to get me the solution, is to replace the sleeve instead of the whole frame! With helps from the gentleman, they found the sleeve and replaced my existing one for free! I was willing to pay or give them some tips but they rejected. Today is my lucky day to meet the 3 staffs in this shop and resolved my issue. Many thanks to these kind and helpful staffs. If there’s a 10 stars feedback rating, I would go all the way to give 10 stars!.
