I never felt rushed & pushed, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Went to a few lenskart outlets and this outlet provided the best service. The staff (Derrick and Chee Xuan) were professional in measuring our readings and patiently advised us on the most suitable frames to get for our specific purposes. Will come back here when we need to get our next pair!.

Kevin was very friendly, helpful & very professional on the eye test. He is very knowledgeable, he will give advise on eyecare, which design or product to consider where there’s no hard selling. He even want me to try their in house basic progressive lens promo for free if i could provide my own frame which only cost $20 for fitting??
