Firstly, I would like to give a special shout out to Si Jun from the Commonwealth branch for his efficient and meticulous service! Despite time constraints, he managed to prepare my order and even adjusted my spectacles to complement my facial features! I would say his level of diligence and attention to detail are traits that many opticians are lacking nowadays, based on personal experience. With that said, I highly recommend Foptics for their unique frame offerings and high level of staff competence/professionalism! Keep up the great work Si Jun!!.
If you’re looking for cheap and good glasses this is the place to go to. Definitely cheaper than what I paid in the past, staff was very attentive to my needs and able to recommend based on current trending looks for glasses. Shop also looks very good, has a very modern look to it, next to MRT too!.
