Very experienced staff and provides excellent service. I purchased a spectacle from them more than a year back. Recently, one of the screws for my spectacle frame came loose and could not be tightened regardless of how many times it was turned with a screwdriver. I brought my spectacle in to the shop and explained the issue to them. The staff patiently attempted to find a new screw for my spectacle frame. When they realised they didn't have a suitable screw, they offered to send my spectacle frame back to the manufacturer for further review and possible repair. When my spectacle frame was ready for collection, I was pleasantly surprised that it was replaced with a new one and free of charge! Not only is their after-sales service fantastic, the interaction throughout has also been extremely enjoyable. Would definitely recommend anyone who's looking to make their next pair of glasses!

The staff over there were very polite and helpful. When I’m having issues with my contact lens, the staff check on my eyes thoroughly and change a new brand of lens in order to suit me. He was very patient and gave me advice on how I should take care of my eyes better.

Got my specs from them for a few years now and they’re always very friendly and efficient in making my spectacles! They were also very helpful and guided me in wearing contact lens for the first time. Their prices are affordable too and I highly recommend this shop!
