KAWA Occupational Therapy & Wellness

My daughter who is 3 years old, had strong emotional disregulation which were very frequent and long lasting (20-40 minutes if not above). I then tried to look for a paediatric occupational therapist and was recommended Vera. From the very first sessions it was very visible the impact, my daughter was more reasonable, when upset it was not bursting in crazy tantrums… and started learning yoga poses together with self regulating strategies. We still go to Vera and it’s being very helpful!

Vera has journeyed with our daughter since she was a toddler till primary school, and has helped her greatly in regulating her emotions through various techniques. Our daughter has formed a close bond with Vera and looks forward to each OT session. On top of that, the space is both calming yet exciting (with the OT gym) for kids, we highly recommend Vera for OT consults.

Highly recommend! I attended the Circle of Security Parenting course, which was incredibly meaningful. It helped me be kinder to myself as a parent and more attuned to what my child really needs. Vera is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything with so much clarity and warmth.
