My mother became delirious in the lobby. She was unstable and removed her slippers en route to her ward. One of the counter staff helped to pick
the slippers up and brought it to my mother even though it was outside his scope. His empathy and kindness were much appreciated.
l am deeply touched by the dedicated care and commitment towards my dad - engaging him with daily activities like static cycling and walking to
strengthen his body, and also simple aithmetic quizzes and songs to boast his cognitive skills & static cycling.
