NTUC Health Senior Day Care

I have been at NTUC Health Serangoon Central Day Rehab Centre since 2014. They are equipped with a comprehensive range of equipment and facilities which they regularly review so as to remain relevant with the latest technology to best support the range of clients they serve. The staff have been dedicated and demonstrated genuine care and concern to each client beyond just providing therapy services. This personal touch and approach fostered a positive environment which goes beyond just physical aspects, but also mental and social domains which can contribute to much positive outcomes. Overall, a commendable rehabilitation centre that I would recommend.

My mother, who has dementia, attends this daycare centre. I am very grateful for how the daycare staff care for my mom, taking a load off my mind. For example, Claris, who currently serves as the bus escort in the morning, was extremely patient and gentle when my mom forgot where she put her house keys. My thank you's to the daycare staff are not enough to express my gratitude.

I highly recommend this activity centre for seniors as the process of enrolment and the care they give is excellent! My Dad had cognitive impairment due to the isolation during lockdown. By coming here often several times a week, he experienced much improvement seen from the very first month! The manager Lilian and staff including Nurse Chong , Thomas and Karen are very warm and helpful. I truly am very thankful for this wonderful place as my dad is enjoying himself and so much improved noted by his geriatrician too! AIC can help those who need financial assistance for this centre.
