NTUC Health Senior Day Care Serangoon

Recently after waiting for some time, we were finally able to bring my father who has dementia to daycare. Ms Lim and Nurse Chong were very professional during the review and the entire team was very patient with my father who can be quite a handful. There are activities for dementia elderly and hopefully he can carry on with the day care where the team can help to care for him during the day when.we have to be at work. After a couple of weeks, he's really having a good time at the center. Made friends with Lewis and the rest of the team there as well. They are all really patient and professional, we are fortunate to have such good healthcare services in Singapore and at a subsidized rate as well after means testing.

I have been at NTUC Health Serangoon Central Day Rehab Centre since 2014. They are equipped with a comprehensive range of equipment and facilities which they regularly review so as to remain relevant with the latest technology to best support the range of clients they serve. The staff have been dedicated and demonstrated genuine care and concern to each client beyond just providing therapy services. This personal touch and approach fostered a positive environment which goes beyond just physical aspects, but also mental and social domains which can contribute to much positive outcomes. Overall, a commendable rehabilitation centre that I would recommend.
