NTUC Health Senior Day Care Kampung Admiralty

My mother is in the day care center for the elderly. She suffers from dementia, has a bad temper and is unreasonable. I thank the staff for their tolerance and patient persuasion for my mother. I saw with my own eyes that a grandmother with dementia punched a female staff member. The female staff member not only did not fight back but also comforted the grandmother (because the grandmother asked her to open the door and let her go out, which my mother often did). Other staff also came to help comfort the grandmother. They really have a strong team spirit and work closely together. Caring for patients with dementia is really not an easy job. I feel the same way. Once again, I would like to say thank you to all the staff of the day care center for the elderly. You have worked hard.

Thank you for your gracious actions and words, creating positive experiences for our aging mother in your centre each day. Special thanks to your very friendly bus escort Richard and driver Siew Lee, who helped our anxious mother relax in their bus transport when she started in mid Feb this year. Thank you, Mgr Mei Ling and Nurse Natasha for overseeing our mother's well-being, and giving us peace of mind.
