Our mum has been with the centre for about a month now, the care team in Fernvale Glades has been nothing less than outstanding. From transport arrangement to recommending needed physio sessions for our mum, they really take personal interest to ensure our mum is well. The commitment, professionalism, care and love for the elderly is highly commendable and respected. We should have uncover this gem way earlier but it is never too late, thank you team.

We enrolled my father, who has mild dementia, at Fernvale Glades Senior Care Centre for day-care. The staff have been consistently friendly, caring, and responsive, and we truly appreciate the excellent on-site physiotherapy and occupational therapy services provided. The only small feedback my father has is that the Friday soy sauce chicken tends to be on the salty side. Overall, we are very grateful to Active Global and the Fernvale Glades team for creating such a positive and supportive environment for him.

One of my elderly family members is attending day care and physiotherapy in this center. She has always shared that the staff, nurses and therapists there are very friendly, helpful and cheerful. They are always there for her whenever she needs help. And her mobility has improved after a few sessions of physio. Thank you everyone in the center for your patience and supports rendered.
