Charis Manor Nursing Home

Charis Manor has not disappointed our expectations when we decided to place my mother after her discharge from hospital for rehab. The nursing staff and the admin staff were sincerely caring and responsive whenever we needed updates on my mother's health and welfare. Special efforts were also made by the nursing team to note what food my mother likes and to specially prepare them for her so as to get her to eat well. Importantly, both the admin and nursing teams work together as a family treating residents likewise and making them feel valued. This makes us feel much comforted putting my mother under their care. Keep up the good work and thank you!

My 85 year old father has been a resident at Charis Manor since Aug 2020 and he has asked me to write about how well he is being taken care of there. From the chef who makes their meals, to all the nurses, assistants, admin staff, everyone is warm and caring. The extra mile they go to make sure my dad is comfortable and happy is very touching. I am sure operating a nursing home in Covid times must be very challenging, so my family and I would like to express our gratitude for all you do for your residents. Huge thank you!

I went to visit a relative at Charis Manor Nursing Home. She was well taken care of by the staff there. The staff there are very friendly and caring. They have arranged many activites such as jenga, scarbble and other board games to help slow down the deterionation of dementia. I think it is a great place to be in.
