Found Luvnail through google search and have not regretted to do my nails with her. She is very skilled and does every thing very professionally. 5 stars definitely! Love the outcome she’s done for me :) fully satisfied! So clean and fabulous.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to this manicurist, as I had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience with the manicurist. Before my appointment, I had sent over a gelish mani art design and requested a quote. After receiving her quote and placing a deposit, she suddenly asked me to switch to her design or opt for a plain color, saying she would feel more confident, after removing my original nail art. This was unexpected and did not match what I had requested. During the removal process, I mentioned that her gelish removal tool felt too strong and was hurting my nails. Instead of addressing my concern, she told me that I wasn’t allowed to look at her while she was working—was I supposed to blindfold myself? When it came to designing, I understood that my nail bed size might affect the outcome, especially for designs like flowers. I simply asked how much the design would differ, and said that if the difference was too much, I’d prefer polka dots and lines instead. She replied that even those could look different, and seemed upset when I clarified that I understood, for example, that the number of lines could be reduced to fit my nails. Throughout the appointment, she repeatedly insisted that I should leave if I wasn’t comfortable, even though I hadn’t expressed any intention to do so, she did so 7 times. After being told to leave for the 8th time, I decided to walk out, feeling frustrated and let down. I felt that my time was wasted and that the level of professionalism was far below what I expected. If she wasn’t confident in executing the designs I sent, she could have let me know before accepting the appointment and collecting my deposit. What a cheat ! I hope you take this feedback seriously, as it reflects poorly on the service and can impact future customers’ experiences. - Candice Reply
