My child is learning Piano from Tchr Rubby since 1.5 years and we have had a fantastic experience with her. She is strict yet very loving and keeps my child engaged as per his interest with different piano pieces. She rewards her students frequently with small treats. My child loves her lessons and looks forward to every lesson. He just got a distinction in the Grade 1 exams. Tchr Rubby also excellent in her communications with me. She keeps me posted of all the new compositions my child shows interest in. She also promptly sends reminders and keeps track of the rescheduling and cancelling that happen sometimes.

Teacher Audrey Jansen is Wonderful as she took the initiative to manage Joel despite him being uncooperative at times. I also notice that the counter staff are always very friendly and smiling all the time. It speaks very well of them befitting their time as customer service staff. They are lixin and phoo.

My child enjoys her lessons every week looking forward to it. Teacher Ruby Chong is a wonderful teacher. Location is a plus as well.
