The team was super efficient and detailed. They took such good care of my stuff, cling wrapping all of them for protection. Very clear communication on pricing, timing and what needs to be done. They'll do an inspection of what needs to be moved and how much it will cost before the actual move date. The boxes will also be passed to you. Because of this, I knew what to expect even though it's my first time moving. I also had enough time to pack. The team was super careful with their move in terms of my house too. I was in a 2 storey and there were many sharp corners. But the team maneuvered each turn really well and I (no exaggeration) did not here any knocks on my walls, railing or the beam hanging over the staircase. That beam has been hit multiple times by delivery teams before them, but nope, they avoided it so nicely. I'm super impressed and I would recommend to anyone I know who's moving.

After a few months, I used Ben and his team again to move back the items into my house. Even though Ben could not be around, the team that replaced him continued the good work which he had done before to transport the items safely towards my house.
